Craig Miller Joins INSP as VP of Original Programming

Indian Land, S.C. – Craig Miller has joined INSP as Vice President of Original Programming.  The announcement was made today by Doug Butts, SVP of Programming at INSP.

“Craig’s background is exactly what we needed in this newly created position,” said Butts.  “As we move forward in the creation of original content, his experience and leadership in multiplatform programming is vital in advancing INSP’s vision to become America’s top-rated family entertainment network.  This is a very exciting time.”

Miller is a seasoned television executive with more than 20 years of experience creating cable network branded programming with multiplatform and international extensions.  With stints at RIVR Media and Scripps Productions, he possesses a wealth of experience in multiple genres: docusoap, competition reality, lifestyle, how-to, and documentary.

Butts continued, “Craig has developed and produced more than $100 million of programming for a variety of cable networks including A&E, Animal Planet, Biography, CMT, DIY, ESPN, Fine Living, Food Network, GAC, HGTV, MTV, TLC, Travel Channel, The Nashville Network and Discovery Channel.  He has launched 49 series which led to 1,760 episodes.  In addition, he has functioned in roles as an account executive and graphic designer giving him invaluable industry experience from the ground up.”
